Classes can be customized to meet specific needs (“yoga for neck and shoulders”, “yoga for beginners”, etc). We can offer a 60 minute class, 30 minute class or 15 minute “mini desk sessions” (we require clients to book a minimum of two mini sessions on a single date).

A wonderfully relaxing counterpart to vigorous workouts and chaotic schedules, Yin Yoga works to open up the connective tissues in the body and provide an introspective journey to the practitioner. Students hold poses for several minutes while supported by blankets, blocks and straps. Say Ahhhhh.
